Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

unwelcomed questions

i work at a huge company in florida. And we just got a manager who was transfered from another store for something he did at his last store, and the word in the store is it was sexual... One day i was in the back room and he came up to me and sniffed me and said ''Damn you smell so good what are you wearing.'' Me knowing his past history i was so freaked out. i am a male and so is he. I'm almost scared to go to work

This incident in and of itself would probably not constitute sexual harassment.
