Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

I am very upset, paranoid, and hurt after my boss drunkenly threw a bottle of jameson and a shot glass right in the direction I was standing and then told me a little later that he wanted to fuck me. What are my options for dealing with this?

you may file a suit under the law of torts.

Aside from a possible assault claim, you might want to complain to HR, or file a complaint for sexual harassment with the EEOC or FCHR.
