Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

My first week at work my boss kept me after hours and pulled down my pants from behind. I told him no several times, that he was taking advantage of me. He didn't leave me alone for about half an hour. He knew that I needed the experience and had other way to pay my bills. I've been working there for almost 9 months and manage the front office. Everyday he mentally abuses me and cuts my hours when he feels like it. He has also fired me twice and took it back within the day. I have documented everything from sexual comments and advances to him harrassing me about work that i've done. Do I have a good case and am I entitled to any money? How do I go about persuing my case and can this ruin his practice?
