I need more information. The US Constitution protects your freedom of expression, but this does not give one the unfettered ability to wear this type of shirt anywhere. For example, an employer, school, or place of public accommodation can place some limits on ones ability to wear this shirt, the factual accuracy of which notwithstanding.

Usually employees refer to the written dress codes in their workplaces to see if there are any restrictions applied.

But your question implies that you might have received a notice to stop wearing same shirt, if not however, the issue might be controversial!
