Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

I applied for disability and I don't understand.

I am reading online how people go years fighting for ssd ,I applied a week ago and today I got a email from a lady @ ss. She says I have to call her regarding my work history and other benefits that I am eligible for.

I don't have a lawyer and I am scared to call her but I know I need to.

the problem is I was in a coma for over 2 months and my memory is very bad , I don't remember much from before the coma.Childhood is gone I don't remember my work history , just a places but I don't know what year or anything.

Also I had a lung removed, copd,lung cancer and a few others. I don't know its heart breaking but I just don't remember.

I am worried on what to do next ,

It odd to me .do I get a lawyer ?

Please help, will I get denied because I don't know?Type Your Question Here...

pull your tax returns with the w2s attached and then tell her exactly what you do know.
