Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida
Back in the late 90's, I was paying back monies from an overpayment that I received from The Department of Social Security. It took 32 months for them to receive the monies owe to them. I am receiving both SSI, & SSDI. What I am trying to find out is, after paying back the monies owe to social security, am I able to start recieving my full benefits again, along with my son's benefits. And if so, do I need to write an appeal.
Respectfully Yours,
Mr. Brian Wiggins
