Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

Disabled and need information please

Dear Sirs,

I was married for 21 years in NY and then divorced. My ex husband made a large salary, paid taxes and social security was taken out each week. I unfortuately, have been declared disabled and receive social security a low amount each month. I have remarried and live in Florida. My ex husband died in NY and I wanted to know if I can have some type of increase in my benefit from him because I was married for so long. Please let me know, it is difficult on living on $500.00 a month, with medicine and expenses. Thank you.
