Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida
I am trying to get social security for my son. I am a convicted felon and Social Security is telling me that I am not entitled to be the guarantor on the account because I'm a convicted felon. I have read numerous places that the only way that is true is if I'm incarcerated. Is this true?
