Social Secutiy Disability
My fiance recently died. He gave me power of attorney. Am I entitled to receive his benefits up until the time of his death. I live in Florida and have lived with him for eleven years.

You are not entitled to his benefits because you have a power of attorney. The benefits pass to his estate.
