Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida
My son gets SSI, in July we didnt get his payment so I went into the local office and got an immediate payment. Now for September they want to with hold his entire check, I cant afford that, I have called and asked them to divide it, Ive gone into the local office anda sked, they tell me Im just stuck. My issue is if I dont get the full payment on the 1st, Ill be late for the rent the 3rd time in arow and will get evicted. They dont seem to care very much about it though. Im so just devastated and I also suffer from depression and this is getting me to my breaking point.
