Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

Ssa payment problems..from 2013 when payments were suspended.

jan. 2014 payments reduced from 654.00 / mo to 354.00 / mo..

they claim an over payment of 1.770.00 to be paid back..never

received ..i signed a waiver can not pay

SSA has no heart, typical government agency. You may contact your congressman for help in getting their decision expedited but there is no way to get your money back or restored if SSA decides to fight.
