Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

If I am on SSI and sign a prenuptial agreement before I get married, will that prevent me from losing my cash benefits and other benefits while married if my future wife ends up making the amount of money that would normally cause cash benefits to end? I live in Florida now but the woman i am not yet engaged to lives in Maryland and she wants to make sure i don't lose my benefits because incase anything happens whether she ends up losing a job or divorce, she doesn't want me to not have my benefits.

Generally Social Security doesn't care about any agreements you make, under Federal rules they will ignore. They will look ar family unit income and make decisions. If they suspend your benefits it is relatively easy to reinstate for one year. If suspended over one year you must reapply and go thru whole process again.
