Child Support/ Taxes

If my ex has been working for the past 3-4 years & has not filed taxes (in which I would be the recipient)hence the reason he's not filing....is there any way I can claim this money from the IRS?

Probably not until he files. You may want to contact the Taxpayer's Assistance Office of the IRS. Be aware that failure to file can be a crime if it is wilfull.
