Dispersal of funds from a foreclosure
My mom passed away and the timeshare in Forida was sold to satisfy the remaining debt. There are funds over and above the monies owed.
How do I get this money for my dad?
I am in MAssachusetts and the timeshare is in Orange County Florida.
