what does it mean? what is an ex-parte order vacting commitment order and racalling arrest warrant?

ordered and adjudged as follows:

1. The order of commitment entered on jul7 28, 1998 is hereby recalled and vacated ans is of no further force and effect?

2. the warrent for the arrest of the respondent is hereby recalled.

Simply, that there is no arrest warrant or commitment of the defendant.
