Fraudulent signature

If on taxes submiited your spouse signed returns for you without your permission,what options are available for redress?

I need more information, but the general answer is that you are not liable if you did not sign the return. There are many options available to you depending on several factors, such as whether you are still married, when the return was filed, whether you had any income, whether you filed a return, and where the IRS is as far as collecting the outstanding tax. Some tools we use include innocent spouse, injured spouse, offer in compromise doubt as to liability, and collection due process hearing.
