Income tax?

Is there a law that states an individual has to pay income tax on their gained wages?

I believe the states never ratified the amendement & the ''IRS TAX CODE'' that reads hundreds of pages thick does not have a law that states an individual HAS to pay an income tax.

What can you tell me?

I can tell you that, if you rely on this argument to avoid paying your taxes or filing a tax return you are starting down a road to financial disaster and, possibly, criminal charges. Do you honestly believe that you are the first person or group of persons to make this argument? The courts have repeatedly rejected these arguments. Some courts may sanction you for even raising them. If you need help getting into compliance by either filing returns, amending returns or otherwise, please feel free to call me.
