IRS seizure
If the IRS says I owe back taxes and I have not had the money to hire an Attny. Can I move my money into savings or in my daughters name(minor) with out the IRS seizing it? What about investments (money market, 401k, stocks)How can I hide my money until this is resolved?

Re: IRS seizure
I need much more information to advise you what to do. Generally, the IRS can levy the investments you listed. If you have those assets, it may be a good idea to invest in a tax professional. You will be able to protect yourself from levies on your wages and bank accounts and may be able to save a substantial amount of money. Feel free to call me. I am in South Florida.
