Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If I am under 21 and not drinking anything, can I still get in trouble for driving my drunk underage friends? Can I get in trouble just for being in a car with them or driving with them even though I did not drink underage myself?

You should be fine and actually commended for driving them. Two caveats though. Of course, if you have been drinking, even a small amount, you can get in trouble, and second, if there are open containers in the car, then you might also be cited. So, go on a be a designated driver without fear, but tell your friends not to drink in your car.
