Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I am 15 with a Florida learners permit. I was driving with my sister in my parents golf cart around our community. The community I live in has a HOA. Yesterday someone stopped us in their car saying they are I the HOA board and next time they see us they will call the cops. I always drive responsibly. Is it illegal for a 15 year old to drive a golf cart on private roads? What should I tell the guy next time if he stops us and calls the police? As far as I know there's no HOA rules about driving golf carts. I live in pasco county Florida

Not necessarily illegal but could be against the HOA rules. To be safe, I would refrain from driving a golf cart until you know the rule for sure.
