Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I was in accident which the lady hit me the officer written the report and blame me. Now my insurance company Gecio has raised my insurance which I can't pay each month I get disability check. All I want is the officer retrack what he wrote and write it how it happen. Please help me can't afford to pay $258 for insurance

Get an attorney to go to court and fight it. If you're found not guilty, show the insurance company. Now with that said, the insurance company has the right to raise your rates when you're involved in an accident, even if found not guilty. It's just that if the judge determines you not guilty of the ticket it goes a long way in helping them make a determination.
