Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Can I use an ACD for a speeding ticket in Florida? And how and where do I request it? It's my first ticket. What if I can't pay the fines at this moment? (I just my money on college books)

ACD is not used in Florida. If this is your first ticket, you need to at least talk to an attorney in your area that handles tickets.
