Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
In the affidavit, the police officer stated false information several times. Would this be grounds for dismissal?
The officer claims in the affidavit he pulled us over for an improper vehicle equipment. Which was never mentioned to myself or my boyfriend. He found some drugs on my boyfriend and he stated he conducted a field test on them at the scene. This is not true either. So I was wondering would this be grounds for dismissal?

It doesn't sound like grounds for dismissal, however you should talk to an attorney in your area to get clarification.
