Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I alowed a non licensed driver to drive my car with me in the passanger seat right down the road to get my wallet and glasses from my parents. We got pulled over for lisense plate light out and he gave both of us a citation for him driving with no license and I got one for knowgly alowing him. We both have court dates we have both been in no trouble. Im 23 hes 18 What do you think could happen to us at court. We live in Florida Marion county

You both are facing second degree misdemeanors, punishable by up to 60 days jail. While the max is unlikely, it is something that could always be on your record. Furthermore, some prosecutors may want some jail or probation. It is best that you each seek your own attorney to advise you of the consequences in your area.
