i was arested last night in downtown orlando florida because i park my friend car which had the sticker for handicapped in the handicapped space
this is what they book me as ( CT- UNLAWFUL USE OF DISABLED PARKING PERMIT

What you describe is a ticket offense, not an arrest offense. What is your question?
