Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Arrested for unknowingly driving with a suspended license. 4Th time in 5 years. Is jail the most likely option? My license will be fixed and valid by my court date. Will that help?

If it is "charged" unknowingly, then the most you can face is a fine (although depending on the sentence, you risk habitualization). However, if the officer decided to charge it as knowing, even if you didn't know, then you face jail. I can't say what is the most likely option since there are a lot of variables. However, getting your license before your court date will help tremendously. Also, getting an attorney to navigate this for you will also help even more.
