Can an Association have your car towed from a guest parking lot if you are backed into a parking spot and there are no signs posted regarding rear-end parking?

It depends on whether or not the signs were properly posted and spaced. If a condo association has in their rules that they forbid rear end parking then that is another story and the bylaws MAY be sufficient notice.
