Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
auto accident
i was about to make a left turn and was sitting in the lane waiting for the traffic that had right of way to pass. a car coming in that direction was in the right hand lane and all of a sudden went into the left lane as if to make a turn and swerved into me. i was issue a citation as the other person had a right of way. i want to fight this in court. am i liable

It sounds like you may have a defense if the other vehicle changed lanes drastically right before the accident.
