Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

auto accident

I was in an accident in a parking lot.

I had a stop sign making a left.

When I made the left, the truck

oncoming was driving very fast and

was in my lane. I couldn't proceed.

the truck hit me. On the police

report it says there were 3 faults. 1:

he had the right of way because I

was at a stopsigh. 2: he was driving

excessively fast in a parking lot. 3:

he was driving in my lane. he hit my

drivers door and rear quarterpanel.

Driver admitted that he never even

hit the brakes. I spolke to my

insurance company and without

even seeing the police report are

saying its my fault because I had a

stopsign. I need a second opinion.

Does this sound like I will be at fault?
