Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
on my birthday my ex mother in law ask to borrow my car, while i was opening birthday gifts without thinking i handed her my keys, and she made an illegal left hand turn and totalled my car. what can i do to sue.

Does your mother in law have any assets. If not, then what you would be doing is suing your own insurance company since they would still hold you liable for negligently letting her take the vehicle. If she does have assets, then you should talk to an attorney about suing her.
