Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I had a Boating Citation 42 in 30mph $225.00 I was very nice told the Game Warden my speedo was not working and felt I was doing around 30-35 said I was wrong gave me the ticket when I said $225 said it was because I had a infraction back in 1999 11years ago!1 Talked to another boater he got one for going 46 in 30 and his was $65 why the differance?
because he got it from a cop and mine came from game warden!?
