Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Bond forfeiture

My posted bond on a driver with a suspended license charge. He was later charged again, and bond was revoked. What is the next step in the process for him. how long will he have to stay in jail and is there anyway to get him out?

He will probably not be released until his case has been heard. If the charges are dismissed or the sentence does not include incarceration, then he will be released. If the sentence includes incarceration, then he will probably not be released but will go directly to serve his sentence. You should obtain a good criminal attorney for this matter in order to reduce the chances of a conviction.
