Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If someone borrowed my car,and got into an accident for speeding, wreckless driving and not wearing seatbelts and tried to sue me who is at fault?

If you lend someone your car, you are held responsible and the other driver can sue you. However, you can file a cross claim against the person you lent the car in order to recover the amount that the other driver sued you for. Hopefully you have insurance that will cover this situation and they will pay for your defense.
