Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Boyfriend got a ticket for reckless driving a year ago. What he did is paid the ticket and took the class. However, the reckless driving show up in license and background check. Is there any way to take off from license and background check?

If he was adjudicated guilty, then there is no way to get it sealed or expunged. Even if he got a withhold of adjudication, it will still stay on the driver's license record, albeit with no points.
