Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
on a breezy night, while driving east bound on NE 17st street, I decided to make a right turn on ne 19th ave and 171st street at the red light, I did not see any sign saying I could not make a turn at the light. There was police officer sitting in the Center of the median strip, issuing tickets to me and everyone who made a turn. Is this entrapment?

No. You violated the law in front of a police officer. No entrapment there. Sorry.

It's not entrapment, but you can fight the ticket. Go back to the intersection and take photos of the area to show there are no signs preventing the right turn. However, remember, you are required to come to a complete stop before making that right turn.
