Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
bucking up my fault?
I was backing up out of my parking space leaving my school; there next to me was a much bigger car. I looked both ways and began to pull out, and I was in a little bit of a hurry, at the same time a black car was coming fast around the corrner, which I did not see because of the bigger car. I don't know if she saw me or not but, we hit. My Question is in a parking lot who has the right of way, the person backing up or the person coming down the passage way?

Generally, the person coming down the way has the right of way. Were you cited?
