I went on a business trip a few months back while on the trip the rental car my boss rented for me under his name and insurance received some damage. Am I liable for the damages? The bill is over 4,000 dollars he is trying to me make pay it

Your boss' insurance may cover it, but your boss has the right to go after you for damages.
