Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
What happens if someone calls in to report carelss/reckless driving? No officer was present, it just was called into local police office.

Without an officer witnessing, and assuming this was NOT an accident, then nothing should happen, unless it rose to the level of breach of peace. In that case, the law is a little muddled. I strongly suggest you get an attorney to fight this if in fact you got a ticket.
