Car accident
My daughter (29) was in a fender bender. She has no insurance, and she owns nothing. What could the person she hit do to her?

The fact that she has no insurance does not protect her from suit. The victim, or his insurance company, could still sue her for damages, and potentially get a judgment attaching her wages. Additionally, she could be looking at criminal charges for failing to maintain insurance.
Your daughter should consult an attorney for the purpose of negotiating a settlement with the victim and defending any charges resulting from the incident.
