Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
my car broke down and i parked off the road on a sidewalk got a parking citation for being illegally paked on the sidewalk will this go on my mvr if i pay the ticket or not im a cdl holder i need my mvr as clean as possible

Many, BUT NOT ALL, parking violations are local ordinance violations. When that is the case, then it will not appear on your record, if you just pay it. However, certain ones, like obstructing traffic, among others, can be a Florida statute violation. You should call an attorney to be sure.
