Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I have a car I am not using. I want to give it to my son next year when he starts driving. If I allowed my Father to drive the car until I gave it to my son, I kept the title in my name, and my father had his own insurance. What would my liability be if he were to get in an accident?
Thank you

In short, the owner of the vehicle who carries insurance on that vehicle is responsible for every person they let drive that vehicle. There are exceptions, but that is the basic rule. So you can let whomever drive it, as long as you understand that you and/or your insurance is responsible for any liability.
