Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
my car was hit in the back on the right side the and the insurance company wants to total it out because it is 8 years old but it is in perfect condition with low mileage I don't want the money I want my car fixed I cannot afford to buy another car with the amount they want to pay me I only want my car fixed no one was hurt in the accident can they be forced to fix my car I know they will sell it at auction and make their money backI just want my car fixed

The insurance company is only obligated to pay you if the cost to fix it is more than the value. You could go to auction to buy it back but it would have a salvage title and be worth very little anyway other than sentimental value.
