Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If someone is caught driving with a suspended license while out on bond, will , paying pleading not guilty, and going to trial at a later date prevent them from going to jail?

No, it will probably make jail time more likely. License laws are tricky so I strongly suggest you get an attorney to help you avoid jail time and other consequences.
