Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I am being charged with driving while lic susp. 1st count and fail to register motor vehicle
I was in behind the wheel of the vehicle as it was being towed it had no motor and was only moving from another vehicle pulling it! I had the title to the vehicle. It was an open title
