Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If someone is charged with driving without a license and the reason he did this is to make sure people were not driving while drunk. he never had a license. Will it help drop some of fees or help his case to get a license before hearing. Is there anyway 2 get it drops due to the reason of driving without the license

While what you did was noble, it is not the sole reason for dropping a charge. There is necessity but that's a tough defense. Hiring an attorney will help explain your situation with the prosecutor so that's your best place to start.
