Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My church men's group rented a car in Jan.2012 to attend the March for Life in Wash. DC. This Nov. 2, 2013 I received a letter from the rental company that they received two photo tickets that were issued while we rented the vehicle. They said they paid the tickets and we owe them $550. We never received a ticket. Is there a statute of limitations? We were not given a chance of due process to pay or refute original ticket in a timely manner. Should we have to pay?

Your answer depends on what state you got this in. You need to contact an attorney from the state where this was issued.
