Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Would I get a citation from a red light camera if, while making a right on red, I make my stop a little bit too far up (or order to see cars coming from the left) then make a complete stop and make my right turn when safe?

Will you get one? Yes, they often send people tickets for these. However, they can and should be fought. Every one of these that I have represented, I have beat. Call a qualified traffic attorney in your area that knows how to fight these.
