Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Can a city police department issue parking tickets for parking infractions on private property? This occurred in a mall parking lot in Florida.

If the property owner (the mall) gives permission, then the answer is yes. All businesses have the option to allow the police to enforce infractions on their own property, and while the majority don't, big businesses and big land owners do.
