Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I was clocked by a aircraft plane they said i was goin 85mph, but i was goin roughly 78 on cruise control. The method used was the two lines with a stop watch. Im trying to figure out how to beat this, could the angle of the plane be the problem.

It's not the angle of the plane. Aircraft speeding cases are the toughest to beat because all they have to prove is that the stopwatch was working correctly, unlike, for example, radar logs and certification. I do suggest you get your speedo tested as some judges may dismiss the charge or mitigate your sentence if you didn't find out about your speedo issues until after the stop.
