Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Should i contest a speeding ticket i received in a school zone? I was caught going 34 in a 20 school zone but there was no speed limit sign posted on the street. There wasnt even a School Zone speed limit sign with the flashing lights. I dont know if it matters but the end of the school zone was close by within seeing distance.

With what you described solely on this forum, it doesn't sound like you have a defense. However, the fines are so high in these cases that toy should get an attorney to fight this as they may be able to find other defenses not described here and/or keep points off to minimize the insurance hit you'd surely take if you didn't fight it.
